Withdraw Request

Mailed in entries with checks will be shredded.
If you would like your check/money order/cash returned to you, you must send a self addressed and stamped envelope to the TS address.

To rejoin the waitlist you must resubmit your entry and you will be added to the bottom of the list.

Wailtisted entries will NOT be refunded if you can be moved into the trial and you do not show up - this is an absence. You must withdraw before you are moved in if you no longer wish to be waitlisted.
