Trial Details
December 3 & 4, 2022

​Entries open on October 22, 2022 at 9 am - do not send UPS or FedEx, they will not deliver to a PO box!
Entries close November 19, 2022 at 5 pm.
Wait List closes November 27, 2022 at 8 pm
We are maintaining a waitlist of 50 per trial.
15 runs per trial are reserved for Detective. Detective is capped at 20 runs per trial.
Online Entry Instructions
  1. Fill out the entry form with your information and the classes you wish to enter.
  2. Click on the "Submit Entry" button.
  3. You will be redirected automatically to the confirmation screen.
  4. Click on the "Pay My Entry Fees" button on the confirmation screen. You will be redirected to PayPal. You MUST pay with "Personal" or "Someone you trust" or your entry will be invalid until you pay the remainder of your entry fee!
That's it!

Make sure you allow pop-ups and redirects when prompted by your browser if you have them turned off!

If you are waitlisted you will be notified if you can be moved into the trial you are waitlisted for.
If you have multiple runs WL'd, you may choose which run you'd like admitted should a spot open for you.
Any runs not admitted by the waitlist close date in the premium will be refunded/shredded.
Day-of waitlist alterations will not be made in the event of absent exhibitors.
If you do not wish to be on the waitlist PLEASE withdraw sooner rather than later out of respect for your fellow exhibitors.
If you will be absent from the trial PLEASE notify me so we can scratch your runs from the run order on trial day.
